For your comfort we would like arrange you transfers to and from Moscow upon your arrival and departure.

Upon arrival at the airports or r/w stations you will be met by a representative of CTO Events Ltd. who for easy identification will be holding an «COSPAR - MOSCOW 2014» Assembly banner.

Reservation deadline is the July 16, 2014.
Transfer is guaranteed only in the case of 100% prepayment before the August 01, 2014.
The confirmation by e-mail will be sent as soon as the payment is received on "CTO Events" Agency Ltd. banking account.

Please Note: The duration of free of charge waiting for a passenger is not more than 1,5 hour after landing of a fly in accordance with a time given in order by a passenger. After specified time and no-show of a passenger or lack of information concerning this order from a passenger, his or her order is considered to be performed; the service is considered to be provided without compensation of an order's price. In case of flight delay the duration of waiting has to be prolonged accordingly without additional fee for waiting.
