Cancellation policy:

  • Before June 06, 2014, the registration fee will be refunded in full (bank transfer fee will be charged);
  • Before July 11, 2014, 80% of registration fee will be refunded
  • After July 11, 2014, registration fee will not be refunded

NOTE: In case of payment the registration fee by bank transfer all banking charges and commissions will be incurred at the payer expense.

In addition to COSPAR Financial Support program a limited amount of grants will be allocated through the special Grant Program of COSPAR-2014 LOC. Young participants from Russia, Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe can apply for money to cover registration fee and living expenses. Applicants must submit the same completed financial support application form to the Main Scientific Organizer of the relevant event, with a copy to the COSPAR Secretariat, by 14 February 2014. Applications forms not selected for Grants by COSPAR Secretariat will be delivered to LOC to be considered once again.
