Poster Presentation Information
The size of each poster board is:
Width – 96 cm
Height – 120 cm
The Local Organizing Committee will provide all the accessories needed for fixing the posters.
Poster viewing sessions will take place on Sunday, 3 through Saturday 9 August from 13:00 - 15:00.
Scheduling of individual posters will viewable in a few weeks through the "Detailed Scientific Event Programs" and subsequent links.
Posters boards will be located in the same buildings (Shuvalovsky and Lomonosovsky) as oral sessions.
All poster presenters are requested to be by their posters during the afternoon viewing sessions as well as at any specific hour scheduled by the event organizers.
To ensure a smooth rotation, posters may be installed in the location indicated below from 08:00 on the first day of display and must be removed on the last day of display by 19:00 at the latest.
