The hotel reservation is guaranteed only in the case of 100% prepayment before the June 20, 2014.

The hotel confirmation voucher will be sent as soon as the payment is received on "CTO Events" Agency Ltd. banking account.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation before theJune 30, 2014 implies no penalty.
  • Cancellation on or after the June 30, 2014 or no-show implies a penalty at the rate of 1 night's accommodation fees.

Please Note:Late check-out between 12:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. incurs an extra charge at the rate of 50% of 1 night's accommodation fees.

Accommodation on MSU campus is available for a limited number of participants.

There exist several options:

  1. The rooms in the student hostel (blocks of two single-bed rooms (8m2) with shared restroom and bathroom), which will be distributed mainly among young scientists and students. Cost is approximately 20 Euros per person per night.
  2. Comfortable rooms joined in blocks of two single-bed rooms (8m2) with shared restroom and bathroom for approximately 30 Euros.
