Dear COSPAR 2014 guests accommodated on the MSU campus,


we are looking forward to welcoming you at the COSPAR 2014 in Moscow.
Please have a look at the tips and useful links on how to get to the MSU Campus.


Since there are some check-in procedures In the MSU Campus, please make a copy of the first page of your passport and a page with the russian visa and give it on the COSPAR Registration Desks.

Upon arrival at the airports or r/w stations (and at the MSU Main Building Campus) you will be met by a COSPAR Moscow 2014 representatives who for easy identification will be holding an "COSPAR - MOSCOW 2014" Assembly banner. They will be able to answer any questions about local transportation and to direct you to the express trains, subway, buses, taxis, etc.

If you are taking the Metro, the station you need is "University" (in russian [un’iv’irs’it’’et]).

If you’ve booked a "Comfortable" MSU Campus room than you are staying at the sector "E" of the MSU Campus, use the entrance from the Lebedev street, which is marked as "B" gates (russian letter "Б").
If you’ve booked a "Student" room in the MSU Hostel than you are staying at the sector "Zh" (russian letter "Ж") of the MSU Campus, use the entrance from the Mendeleev street, which is marked as "V" gates (russian letter “B”).
Walking route (approx. 15 min) from the University metro station to the MSU Campus (Blue - for Zh sector guests, orange - for E sector guests, mint - by bus):


If you prefer to take a public bus (to the MSU main entrance), the buses you need are: №119, 661.


Once you get to the MSU Main Building entrance that you need (Zh or E), find your name on the list there and see which room and floor are you staying at. Floor attendance will give you the keys to your room and your MSU Campus guest pass.
