The Local Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that in the frameworks of the Assembly will be held the Exhibition, which is an ideal opportunity for companies to demonstrate their latest developments to a target audience of the industry.

The Exhibition venue: the Fundamental Library of MSU.
Dates: 3-8 August, 2014.
Time: 09:00-18:00

Three types of standard exhibition booths will be provided upon request:

4 m² booth (2 x 2 m, height 2.5 m)
The basic setup includes:
2 Chairs;
1 Table;
Carpet;
Printed fascia;
2 Spotlight lamps;
1 Electrical wall socket block (2 outlets, 220-230 V);
1 Bin

6 m² booth (2 x 3 m, height 2.5 m)
The basic setup includes:
2 Chairs;
1 Table;
Carpet;
Printed fascia;
3 Spotlight lamps;
1 Electrical wall socket block (2 outlets, 220-230 V);
1 Bin

8 m² booth (2 x 4 m, height 2.5 m)
The basic setup includes:
3 Chairs;
1 Table;
Carpet;
Printed fascia;
3 Spotlight lamps;
1 Electrical wall socket block (2 outlets, 220-230 V);
1 Bin

Example of 4 m² exhibition booth:

Booth size	Cost
4 m²	150 000 RUR (about 3 165 EUR)
6 m²	200 000 RUR (about 4 220 EUR)
8 m²	250 000 RUR (about 5 275 EUR)

ou can choose any booth from A1 to A10.

It’s also possible to combine them and extend their size from 4 m² to 8 m².

Two exhibitor representatives per booth are included in the exhibition fee.

The fee doesn’t include participation in the Assembly scientific program, but you can pay for it additionally.

Please note, that each exhibitor delivers his products and goods to the Exhibition venue at his own expense and liability.
